NHCI was founded in 2005 as a locally owned real estate development and investment company specializing in identifying and acquiring underutilized properties and transforming them into high quality commercial space or residential housing for lease or resale. Since our inception our motto has been to rethink, revitalize and renew properties in the Oxford Hills enhancing the property’s benefit to the community.

Today NHCI manages, renovates and develops multiple commercial and residential properties in the greater Oxford Hills of Western Maine.
